Westbridge Home Inc(“Westbridge”) provides real estate services in Howard County, Maryland. By opting in to our messaging program, you may receive property updates, showing confirmations, market information, and promotional messages about our services.

How you opt in

SMS opt-in is collected exclusively through the embedded chat widget on https://westbridgehome.com (provided by GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). The widget presents its own built-in consent screen at the moment you submit your phone number inside the widget. Our web forms do not collect phone numbers and do not present an SMS opt-in checkbox.

We do not send SMS messages without prior express written consent captured through the chat widget’s built-in consent flow.

Opt-out & support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 443-364-3676. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sibo.wang@westbridgehome.com or 443-364-3676.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.
